Our Chef/Owner Sung Park is continuously striving for new, bold, and distinctive flavors.
His style is based in modern French cuisine, with North East Asian influences.

Sung Park was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. Before coming to New York,
Chef Park worked in Korea, Hong Kong and Japan. He enrolled in Art Institute of NYC, Culinary Arts.
After graduation he served as the Chef de Partie under Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten
and also gained valuable experience as Sous Chef under Chef Didier Virot , Chef Laurent Tourondel,
as the Chef de Cuisine under Chef Wayne Nish.
